1. AAA Internet Publishing Inc. disclaims any liability for the materials appearing on its website, their use or their application. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on AAA Internet Publishing Inc.'s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only (see #2 for commercial and public display guidelines). (b) the materials are not the primary focus of the product; and
(c) the usage is limited to less than 10,000 copies. This usage limit does not apply to websites, provided that the materials are not being used as part of an image archive.

The above terms do not apply to any images which have been contributed to AAAClipArt.com by another source. You will find credit to the contributors on the page that offers their images. It is your responsibility to contact the contributor themselves to determine their terms for commercial use and/or public display.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions. Upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

3. The materials on AAA Internet Publishing Inc.'s website are provided "as is". AAA Internet Publishing Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, AAA Internet Publishing does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials or its internet website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
